Student Council

The Student Council has been meeting regularly this year and taking a very active role in our schooll. Student Council organized a Halloween Carnival, a pep assembly for the Silver Boot Volleyball tournament, a high school dance and made many posters to welcome athletic teams. Student Council representatives attended the Fall AASG (Alaska Association of Student Governments) Conference hosted by Service High Schoo in Anchorage. They got to participate in many activities and gained knowledge on how to become better studetns leaders.

We are also thankful for the Student Representative to our School Board. Evelyn brings a perspective to the Board that our administration and Board needs to hear and she advocates on behalf of all students k-12 to make sure they have a voice in these important meetings.
