Italian week also means pizza! Don't these students look happy?

This week was Italian week in World Languages and Cultures Club! After a detailed presentation on Italian history and culture with lots of great questions, students practiced their colors in Italian and made ancient Roman-inspired mosaic art!

Monday afternoon was another fun one for students! Chess Club has officially expanded to become Chess and Game Club, so all students K-12 are welcome to join us Mondays for board, card, and video games as well as classic chess bouts. Come join us!

Just can’t quit taking pictures of these kindergarten castle builders!

This week, the World Language and Culture Club took a trip to the many Spanish-speaking countries of Latin America. The students all got to try their hand at cooking their own tacos!

Preschool/kindergarten had a couple fun visitors today.

So fun to see kindergartners stepping into mentoring their preschool friends. “Don’t squeeze the cocoon or it will break.”

Miss Shawna adds lots of life to morning group time with her magic touch on her little guitar. 😀
